Mine are all m4r's but most still won't transfer over nor can I delete.

Yes they do but if you wish to then delete one you’re left with the same
conundrum as some element of the syncing process involving iTunes is
broken
and you can’t just delete a tone from off the phone would that you could
however. I hope that clarifies.

Yes sir I have and not that it’ll matter in the end but I have an open
ticket with them about it and the reason I got escalated to an open ticket
with them because I could prove that this isn’t just impacting custom
ringtones but also ones purchased from their own store as well. Sorry I
haven’t better news but at least there’s company in the misery. It drives
me
crazy. Not sure why it still works for some but not others.

For some reason when I attempt to add new tones to iTunes I hear the sound
as if they have been added but they are not showing up in the list.These

tones that I have created. They are the correct size and length. An agent
at Apple accessibilities says that they may no longer be compatible. Has
