Hi, You ask: “How can it impact tones you buy from their store, they get added/downloaded just like apps with no need to use iTunes.” Yes they do but if you wish to then delete one you’re left with the same conundrum as some element of the syncing process involving iTunes is broken and you can’t just delete a tone from off the phone would that you could however.
