And why should there, if the rumours are correct and this new phone will have a 4.7 inch screen like the iPhne 8 it will most likely be a bit smaller physically, more like the SE, simply because of the lack of the bezel around the screen. I also don't know where you get the 2017, 2018 and 2019 smaller phone rumurs, I never heard those. Of course maybe there were a few link bait articles about the, but I don't recall ever reading any credible sources saying there is a new smaller phone about to be released.
