My biggest issue with the scroll bar is that it gets in the way. I use a lot of 
just tapping on the screen where items should be.

Ie. Finding the compose button in Twitterrific, tap in the top right corner of 
the screen. This is made much more difficult as the scroll bar on the right 
gets in the way all of the time. I have talked with the developer of 
Twitterrific and there is no way to hide the scroll bar or make it smaller. The 
design doesn’t respect application interfaces. It’s simply there.
