Janet, if you don't already have itunes installed on your computer, having
itunes set up on your computer, you could see what you could figure out that
way. It will let you turn voice over on amoungst several other things, such
as checking your phone number, battery status and other things. Most
importantly it will let you back up your phone and restore your iphone, so
itunes is quite useful to have on your computer.

Subject: Voice Over Help Please.
Hi Everyone,
My xr phone was working an hour ago, but as I just turned it on, there is no
sound at all coming from the phone! I've tried everything I know to try to
get voice over to talk, but no go! I tried the three finger double tap just
in case I might have muted it without knowing, but still that didn't work.
I tried two finger double tap, but still no go! I tried pressing the side
power button three times, but still no go! I can't even get Siri to respond
by pressing the side button! I don't have the hey Siri feature turned on.
The phone appears to be completely dead! Although, I did get a phone call,
and the phone did ring, but when I tried to answer it, it stopped ringing, I
did get an alert because whoever they were they left a message. Any
suggestions please!
