Hi Janet, Siri saved me in many situations. First thing I do anytime I get a new phone is to make sure that Siri is turned on. I am glad that it helped you.

I tried the three finger double tap just in case I might have muted it without knowing, but still that didn't work. I tried two finger double tap, but still no go! I tried pressing the side power button three times, but still no go! I can't even get Siri to respond by pressing the side button! I don't have the hey Siri feature turned on. The phone appears to be completely dead! Although, I did get a phone call, and the phone did ring, but when I tried to answer it, it stopped ringing, I did get an alert because whoever they were they left a message. Any suggestions please!
