HI Chris, Thank you so much for this. I pressed the side button for Siri, I heard no sound as I usually do when I ask Siri for something, So, even though I heard no sound, I told Siri to raise the volume to 100 percent, and low in behold, she said the volume is already 100 percent. So, I thought as long as I can get Siri's attention, I pressed the side button again, and told Siri to turn on voice over, and sure enough she said turning on voice over, and it is now talking once again! Smile! I have no idea what happened to begin with! That has never happened before. Thank you again! Greatly appreciate it! Janet

The phone appears to be completely dead!
