Not sure about the audio described, but I know it has all the older stuff from 1930’s and beyond. Rocky and bowinkle, lady and the tramp, even the old Micky mouse stuff. As for buffering on the appleTV, I have had no issues with it and I signed up right at 2:00AM when it was ready.
