It doesn't happen all the time, however, it has happened to me from time to
time.  Hook it to your computer, click configure universal access, check the
Voice Over spot, click okay and it will reset, turning Voice Over on again..
Sometimes, you have to reset your choices in Voice Over, (can be a real
pain), and sometimes not.
