Hi Alan,   Yes, I was surprised how little information I had to provide other than the type of mail account I wished and signing into my Microsoft account. I do use conversation threading which is more involved to delete a conversation than in the Mail app, but it’s worth making the change. My issue with Mail was that I could scroll through my list of messages okay, but any time I opened a message to read it more thoroughly and then came out of it, I almost always went back to a folder and had to swipe right several times to get back to the message list. That got old in a hurry, but I put up with it for months. No more. I was not prompted for anything other than my sole email account when setting up Outlook. Well, let me clarify that last statement. I wasn't prompted for anything email related other than to confirm my account. It didn't ask me anything about the mail protocol such as POP or IMAP.
