Have you ever tried the chat on an ios device? Having to use this chat featchre to communicate with them would be my only concern about using their service. But then, if this $25 a month plan, discussed earlier on this list proves to be true, I will go with it. I am going to call the Verizon Accessibility number about it later today. I hope it is offered in my area.
