I get mine from AT&T in an email and used to also from Verizon, did from Net 
10, Consumer Cellular - I think they'll all do that.

accessibility department. I called and found out they are open from 8 AM to 9

                Xfinity is great if you have their internet. 

                We were on Consumer cellular before Xfinity offered their plan.

                Consumer cellular was quite affordable and very good customer 
service.

                I suggest calling the various companies.

                I know Consumer Cellular will give you all the details up front.

                Verizon does have an accessibility department, so maybe they 
would be more helpful.
