Hi, Of course, how audio sounds is quite subjective.
I have both a Sonos system consisting of two play 5 speakers, a sub, and their TV sounder. I also have two HomePods setup in a stereo pair. To me, I actually prefer the sound of the HomePod stereo pair to all of these Sonos speakers. Don’t get me wrong, the Sonos speakers sound really good. To me the two HomePods sound even a bit better. I was really surprised by this. I assumed that all of these Sonos speakers would blow the two small HomePods out of the water. Not the case in my ears.
