the phone got stuck on the update. I have no sighted help. I plugged it in to my computer but that was a disaster. I called Apple and they want the serial number which I can’t read in order to see if I have Apple Care. To top it off all the stores are closed. If you can help it. Don’t update phone unless you have sighted help. I am pretty confortable with updating my apple products. Since I have owned apple products for a long time and usely I come back from the problem but this stupid virus makes things worse since the stores are closed.
