Voiceover was working just fine on my ipod nano 5th edition before I connected it to ITunes. The music that was origially on there was before my new laptop and before Itunes v10.7. It warned me about music from a different library and I oked the change.and it synced the new music. Ever since then I have had no voiceover on the nano. As far as I know pressing the home button on a nano does not have the same results as the touch or iPhone. When I try to install voiceover via iTunes it seems to be sticking at the download process. *** character is found in how you treat people who can't do anything for you.

Voice Over is part of the IOS. If its not working, I would suggest you restore your device using ITunes. If its simply turned off, and you are using a device with IOS 5 or 6, try pressing the home button 3 times and see if voice over comes back on.
