I don't have an Apple watch but I use three different charging bricks for my iPhone SE 2020: 1. The original Apple 5W charger that came with the SE. 2. An Anker dual USB type A charger. 3. An Anker 18W fast charger with a USB C female port. These charge at different speeds but I've got nothing but time on my hands so I'm happy with all of them. I do use the fast charger if I'm in a hurry to get the highest percentage charge most quickly before leaving the house.
