I'm forwarding what I feel is one of the worst examples of customer support I've ever experienced. I was looking into getting some Sonos 1 speakers and an amp so we could have music in multiple rooms. I wrote their support to ask about the frequency range of the speakers and to check if there are different generations of the Sonos 1 speakers. Below is there utterly useless response. I'm rethinking our plans.
