Where abouts in the world are you located? When I started using the libre here in NZ the app wasn't available and I wasn't going to pay for the monitor when I couldn't use it,
So I set up an account for the apple app store in the UK and also Australia and downloaded the app from the UK in the end, The app itself let me say I was in NZ but the NZ Appstore didn't have it at the time.
