Screen recognition is off on the ten r. The 7+ doesn’t have it. And describe images is off on both phones. And I did completely uninstall the app before I sent my first message on this topic. Reinstalled without success. But if I load it with voiceover off, it works. On the 7+, it just works. Don’t have to unload voiceover first.
