Swipe down the wifi list & tap on your wifi name. You will be prompted to enter your wifi password. After you have entered the wifi password you will now be connected to wifi. Hope this solves the problem for you. If not maybe someone can tell you how to check your wifi speed.   Donna      I didn’t have to enter my wifi settings, but I was asked to reenter my other password. To do this, go to settings, general, reset, swipe down to network settings & tap. The device will restart. You will then need to re-enter your wifi password by going to settings, wifi.   Donna      For a couple of weeks now, I ask Siri to call or text someone, or just to read a message, and it says “On it,” or “Wait a minute.” Sometimes it says, “Something is wrong. Please try again.” Generally, the task is performed, but it takes so long.
