Just as a suggestion, if you recommend a Reset Network Settings it's a good idea to point out in advance that people need their WiFi password afterwards. Not everybody is organized and has that written down somewhere handy and in many cases if you have a router from your provider it may even be a password they set and which is printed on the back of the device.

Swipe down the wifi list & tap on your wifi name. You will be prompted to enter your wifi password. After you have entered the wifi password you will now be connected to wifi. Hope this solves the problem for you. If not maybe someone can tell you how to check your wifi speed. Donna I didn’t have to enter my wifi settings, but I was asked to reenter my other password. And it is still happening. Any idea why?
