I work from home and the closest "office" where the IT guys could work
on this is at least 900 miles away, so that isn't an option :)

Ben's process seems to be working it is just taking a long time and I
even shut off my vpn to help with the download speed.  I may just stop
the process until this evening when I can just let it run.
