Hi Holly, According to Apple Accessibility or, at least the person I talked to, if I were to update to iOS16 that would solve the problem but, apparently not. Maybe this only happens with certain model phones? I would be curious to find out what they would say to someone running iOS16 on an SE2020 phone. Well, I'll wait and see what happens.
