Hi James, Yes but you do it in Accessibility / Voiceover / Quick Settings, and not where the quick settings are opened accessed using the 2 finger quadruple tap.
So, open the quick settings as described above and while in quick settings swipe to the feature you want to move. Let's use, Activities, as an example. Swipe to Activities, and you'll hear selected Activities, now swipe one more time to, reorder Activities. Here do a single finger swipe up to either move up or move down, and do asingle finger double tap. It'll move in the direction you selected and you'll receive confirmation from Voiceover of it's action. Any of these items can be moved in the same way from it's reorder... option. Now close out and using the 2 finger quadruple tap gesture you can open the quick settings to see if the features are arranged the way you want them. Take care. Mike. Sent from my iBarstool.
