It is not, but there is little point in asking about employment at Amazon in Israel if most people on the list are in the United States and other countries. Same goes for let's use Apple Cash as an example. It is not available in many countries so at least if I live in Canada and were curious about it I should say where I live so people give me relevant information. Lastly, this type of question is still entirely off-topic so as I said, maybe asking people to send you private email if they know of a list which deals with employment questions is OK, but to start a discussion with dozens of messages half of which are from people who say that this is off-topic is of no use to the original poster nor to anybody else.
