--If you submit feedback from within the app's settings area it'll create an email message beginning with information from the app regarding its configuration for you after which you can add your comments regarding the difficulty. I have found the app's developer to be extremely responsive in a prompt and timely manner so don't hesitate to reach out to him. I've no doubt you'll get a prompt answer and hopefully a good result therein.
