Hi, I'm not sure if this is already been suggested. If you have access to a cited person for a few seconds, have them go in to voiceover settings and change the text to speech engine. I had this happen once while updating a clients phone. This is what fixed it. I used AIRA to help me navigate the screen and go in there and change the text to speech engine.
