Could you provide steps as to how you set this up in the Alexa app?

Hi,

I can tell my Echo Dot 5th gen to answer my front door and can then communicate 
with whomever is there through it with no trouble.  I could also do this with 
the 4th gen dots and the 4th gen regular Echo as well. 
No screen needed.
