Or, use the newer method and  1. Touch the app you wish to move and flick up or down to edit and double tap.  2. Flick up or down to drag item and double tap.  3. Flick up or down to close folder and double tap. 5. Touch where you want the app and flick up or down to either drop before x, Drop after x, or add to x folder.
