I assume this is a cellular provider/MVNO in the US? As for the 2-factor authentication, is it delivered by text message? If so then on your iPhone you just have to locate the button to automatically fill in the code which is typically available just above the on-screen keyboard on the left, tap it and the 2-factor code from the text message is automatically inserted.

The app is 99% usable. One annoying issue is with voiceover running when entering in text I’ve had other characters enter in that I don’t type. Work around is copying and pasting the majority of text. I hit a snag. They now have two factor authentication and I cannot type the code due to text being entered in that is in addition to what I type. You cannot edit either. I’ve even tried with a Braille display.
