You mean anywhere if you are in the United States. Not sure what good it would do to sign up from another country and then at best to use them but incur roaming fees.

The app is 99% usable. One annoying issue is with voiceover running when entering in text I’ve had other characters enter in that I don’t type. Work around is copying and pasting the majority of text. I hit a snag. They now have two factor authentication and I cannot type the code due to text being entered in that is in addition to what I type. You cannot edit either. I’ve even tried with a Braille display.
