Hello Sarai, Can you be more specific on how the app is broken?
This is to say, can you provide the steps to recreate the problem? Also, does the Amazon basics thermostat have hardware buttons by which to control the device? Or is it all touch screen? Do you no longer have access to the device? This is to say, can you no longer control the device at all?
