times. Now you cannot set a scheduled event nor adjust thermostat, not even
with screen recognition.
Open Alexa.
Choose devices.
Choose your thermostat.

They've rearranged the app.

Is this a problem from the start of using the Elexa Basic Thermostat, or have
you been using it for awhile and it just stopped? Are you using other devices
in your household with Elexa or is this the only device? If you have been using
the thermostat for sometime, how did it stop working?
