Mary, I fully understand your standing regarding not using Speech Central if it doesn't have a convenient Bookshare solution. That is more than legitimate.
However as far as I know you pay for Bookshare, or if not US tax payers pay instead some non trivial money each year. Also you don't pay anything for Speech Central and you even can't (aside from optional small one time donation). How in the world you can blame Speech Central for your problem? Bookshare can implement in one hour export to Speech Central (and few other apps) from their app. Let's generously make it one full-time working day to test and publish. That means that listening would be literally a click away. I would need at least a month to build everything that they support regarding Bookshare service. And as someone who pays you have every right to call them for not doing so. Or for not providing you good app out of the box if they don't want that. But why in this world I am guilty in any way that I don't resolve their problem that they are paid to resolve?
