Richard, I agree that the 16 Pro speakers sound better, and phone calls are clearer than ever for me and whoever is on the other end. This is true whether the other person is on a landline or an iPhone, but if I'm talking to another iPhone user and put the phone on speaker, it practically sounds like we're both in the same room. The 16 pro is definitely a little richer to my ears; but as we all know, hearing is very subjective. I was comparing the first track on the album Appalachia Waltz, with Yo-Yo Ma, Mark O'Connor, and Edgar Myer. I don't fully evaluate battery life until after a week to make sure the system has settled down, but it seems most definitely better than the 13 pro. The 16 models had a bug/security patch update today, which is not unusual. Going from the 10R to either 16 model is going to be a very noticeable upgrade.
