Hello Paula and the Pups, I'd recommend you go to the App Store and load the Apple Support app to your iPhone 13 Mini. After it's their, open it and search for battery health and peruse what's provided. I actually had Apple Care on my iPhone 13 Mini and got its battery replaced at my local Apple Store but there were steps involved in the process beforehand and the Apple Support app is a good starting point.
