First Peter, the BRF file should only be used with a braille display. I won't be near my Braille display today as I am having a colonoscopy and won't be at my desk.  I'm writing on my iPhone. I'll check the document this evening. As for the slash in a web page, you press dots 4,5,6 then dots 3,4 using UEB.  The 4,5,6 is like a modifier, which changes the s t sign dots 3,4 into the slash, so only the slash shows up in print. I do not recall how to switch between open apps when in Braille Command mode. someone else probably will.
