Hi Janet, also if you're in the sun, be careful. I noticed quite a bit, whenever I'm out in the sun, my phone will stop charging Safe for instance, if I'm in the car and I know I'm gonna be doing a lot of stuff, I'll have my phone plugged in. That way it will stay charged, but at any point that it gets extremely warm, it automatically stopped charging the phone, and I have to take the cord out and plug it back in again. joseph hudson
