Rick: My guess about the orientation of the screen is just that a guess. Perhaps it is because holding the phone facing you with your thumbs on top and your little fingers on the bottom would make it very difficult to put those 3 fingers on each hand in the correct place. I think, though, I am going to try holding with thumb and little fingers and placing the screen face towards the ceiling. That might work. Haven't had battery time, well time in general, to try different ways yet. Reggie
