Ricardo, I had no idea that Apple had a pattent on that flicking so as not to 
have to scroll the screen. I actually think that is a mixed blessing, since it 
can be misleading, as in the netflix app, where you think you've landed on 
something, vo says the name, but when you double tap, it turns out the system 
focus didn't move, so you're opening up some show you had no intention of 
watching. And no way to get to the one you want, because the regular scroll 
gesture doesn't work. I wish these companies wouldn't pattent their 
access-related stuff. The disability community is the big loser when they do 
that.
