Hi So far as I am concerned, the loss of the ff/rewind capability makes the app barely usable. All very well having chapter navigation and the jump back, but the book I was listening to has chapter lengths of almost two hours a shot and, should I happen to nod off, I usually listen in bed, it's a complete pain trying to get to where I was when I was last conscious.
Give them their due, Audible did phone me today to say they are working on it. Goes to show it's a good idea for people to contact them. BTW I contacted them via the contact details on their website, but I believe you can also do it from the settings page in the app. I haven't checked if that is another of the things that went with the update.
