Richard, I would check the alignment of your iPhone against the edge of the box. Those look like skew errors for Text Grabber. Text Grabber is almost not at all forgiving for skew whilst Prizmo gives some skew forgiveness. Note: skew is tilt of text off the 90 degrees horizontal and vertical plain.
