Check the app in settings, notifications. If the app is not there, it does not
have such an option. If it use to, the author removed it. You may also try to
find the app's own settings section in settings. Some apps require you to
activate a feature either in the app's settings section in the app, or in the
app under settings, before it has anything in notifications.

If you cannot find an app's notification settings in any of these three areas,
go to the App Store, find the app in question, double tap on the app name to
open the description, and locate the developer's contact info at the bottom of
the description page. Send the developer an inquiry.
