I thought others would like to see this.  I did not forward the attached images.
They showed a screen with the current chapter and how much is left in it, and 
forward and back buttons and one which also showed the total time of the book.
I wrote back requesting the version with all the information shown like current 
chapter, time elapsed, time remaining, skip to next chapter, go to previous 
chapter and the total time of the entire book.
At least, it looks like they are listening.
