I usually do, but I can't swear to it. Even if I did, this response was clearly not from the tech department and he probably was not aware that some of the people who had written about this issue were blind. However, when I replied to his message I made sure to mention that I am blind and use VoiceOver and wanted to make sure the fixes would work with VoiceOver. Later,
