This reaching out by a senior Audible official is remarkable. In over
twenty-five years of expeerience with buying online products, I have
seldom seen this kind of outreach. It appears this email went to
everyone who has recently written to Audible about the iPhone/iPad app
revisions. I took the opportunity to email Nathan Brothers and thank
him and Audible for its on-going interest in making their software
accessible.
