I don't think the forecast is in an accessible format just like the graphs sighted people get in landscape mode aren't. I don't really miss the forecast feature since I prefer to use Degrees which is a weather app pspecifically for Canadian weather and it's very nicely accessible and detailed. It's good to hear that you were able to set it up using Convenient OCR, I was able to do so as well, but it's definitely a bit of a guessing game and I will try to lobby Netatmo to make the setup wizard accessible.
