Hi Lisa,

I would definitely encourage  you to practice touch typing. If you have
touch typing enabled and are typing letters you don't intend, you must be
lifting your finger because it is the action of lifting your finger that
will type the letter or number on the phone dial pad. You should maybe open
the Notes app, then turn the rotor to touch typing and then you can
practice. If you master touch typing you will be much faster in the long
run.

Hi.  Yep, I finally mastered the evil automated menu using a headset and VO
at the loudest level.

I still use the standard typing mode because at least on my phone, the touch
typing activates the key with the slightest press, so moving my finger
around only caused the phone to make all kinds of tone noises and dial
several useless keystrokes.
