I just wanted to add a shout out for the Blueant Q line of Bluetooth earpieces. It works fine with VoiceOver, the phone quality is fairly good, and there isn't much lag with the iPhone.
I also like it's various speech functions. Some bluetooth headset will play nicely with voice over and some do not. It has been my experience that the Jabra headsets do not work with voice over.
