Hi Bill, Do you have an iPhone 5? If so then I think Jabra may not be a good choice, I remember at least 2 other people on the list who have problems with the Jabra Extreme and I think also the Supreme.
I have an iPhone 4S and my Jabra Supreme works flawlessly and I am as happy with it as I could be with a Bluetooth headset and I have tried several of the high end ones like the Jawbone ERA and so on. If a good wired headset gets a 10 out of 10 then I'd give an awesome Bluetooth earpiece 8 out of 10 at best because of the slight lag and the fact that unless it's a stereo headset, I have yet to find a Bluetooth single earpiece which allows you to do things like Play/Pause, Next, Previous etc. If I found one that had playback controls in addition to voice announcements like my Jabra and good sound I might give it a 9 out of 10. I do like the way the Jabra Supreme turns on and off by folding it, it really helps with the battery and while I might forget to turn off some little switch, I never forget to fold it before I put it in my pocket.
